How we handle your information

KeepTRiX is a business-operations platform built and operated by Websketching. This policy describes what information we collect through keeptrix.com and the KeepTRiX application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Email signups. If you leave your email on keeptrix.com to hear about the launch, we store that address and nothing else.
Account and business information. KeepTRiX users provide account details (name, email) and the business information they choose to manage in the platform — locations, services, hours, and similar records.
Connected social accounts. When a user connects a Facebook Page, LinkedIn Company Page, or Google Business Profile, we receive an access token from that platform along with basic details of the pages the user administers (page name and identifier).

How we use it

To provide the service: managing business records and publishing content the user has written and approved to the pages they administer.
To contact you about the product if you asked us to (email signups).
We do not sell personal information, run advertising, or use third-party ad trackers on this site.

Social platform data

Access tokens for connected social accounts are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are used solely to publish posts the account holder has approved and to confirm the result of that publish. We do not read private messages, collect data about a page's followers, or post anything that was not explicitly approved by the account holder. Our use of platform data complies with each platform's developer policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You can disconnect a social account at any time from within KeepTRiX, or by revoking the app's access in that platform's security settings. When an account is disconnected, its stored token is deleted.

Where data lives

Application data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and this website is hosted on Netlify. Both act as service providers processing data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service or until you ask us to remove it. To request access to or deletion of your information — including removal from the email list — contact us at christine@websketching.com and we will honor the request promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated directly.
